DSSC - Detecting and Supporting Student Creativity in online learning
since 2020
Together with Ben Gurion University and funded by the DFG, we are investigating the question of how creativity can be supported with software in specific subjects. We are developing a software-oriented model for creativity and specific algorithms that evaluate creative learning products as such and then generate suggestions to support the learning process.
HEADT Centre
since 2019
The Humboldt-Elsevier Advanced Data and Text Centre (HEADT Centre) is a research initiative with a focus on research integrity and its various facets. The quality of research, including both raw data and published results, is relevant not only for researchers, but also for students, publishers and their staff, commissions on research misconduct, as well as all people who are affected by research outcomes in daily life. Considering grey zones in measuring the integrity of research plays an important role in this, as does the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
