Lukas Pfahlsberger

Lukas Pfahlsberger graduated with a B.Sc. degree in Business Informatics (Software Engineering) from the Corporate State University, Mannheim, Germany in 2016. He received his M.Sc. degree in Management (Innovation- and Technology) in 2018 from the German Graduate School of Management and Law, Heilbronn, Germany. In 2016 he started his professional career at Deutsche Post DHL as an IT system designer where he was responsible for designing processes with BPMN, ARIS, and UML. From 2017 until 2020 he worked as a Consultant / Senior Consultant at EY in the area of Data & Analytics consulting client by developing and implementing data architectures for business intelligence and big data scenarios as well as the accompanying data integration processes. Currently, he is a research & teaching assistant at the Department of Computer Science at Humboldt-Universität as well as a PhD student at Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien. His research focuses on the interface between the technical application of BPM (i.e. process mining) and its strategic utilization in an organizational context.
