Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin - Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences - Databases and Information Systems

Hannes Ueck

I am a PhD student in the Database and Information Systems group at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, supervised by Prof. Matthias Weidlich.

My research interests include:

- Complex Event Processing

- Mining queries that describe complex events

- Validation of distributed scientific workflows

Currently, I am conducting research as part of the DFG-funded Collaborative Research Center FONDA (Phase 2), which focuses on the Foundations of Workflows for Large-Scale Scientific Data Analysis. Within this context, I contribute to subproject A1, working on query-driven validation of scientific workflows.
