Abstract

Summary: MAPPP is a tool for prediction of possible antigenic peptides presented on the cell surface by MHC class I complexes (MHC-I) to CD8 positive T-lymphocytes as immunodominant epitopes. It combines existing predictions of proteasomal cleavage of antigenic proteins to peptides and subsequent peptide anchoring to MHC-I molecules.

Availability: MAPPP is freely-available for online usage at http://www.mpiib-berlin.mpg.de/MAPPP/. Expert mode predictions can be carried out after registration as permanent user after acceptance of a disclaimer and limitation of liability.
