Malte Smits is studying library and information science at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. He joined the HEADT Centre to support Katarzyna Biernacka with research, the preparation of qualitative interviews and data evaluation. Before studying he passed his Voluntary Year of Social Service (FSJ) at the Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin.
