Clara Schumacher is project lead of the HU subprojects in the joint BMBF-funded project IMPACT. Clara is speaker of the GI working group "Learning Analytics". She joined the CSES research group in April 2020 as a postdoctoral researcher in the project LA-DIVA in cooperation with the FernUniversität in Hagen. 
Prior, Clara was a research assistant and completed her doctorate at the chair of Learning, Design, and Technology (Prof. Dr. Dirk Ifenthaler) at the University of Mannheim. She collaborated in projects in the domain of school development and evidence-based implementation of learning analytics in higher education. Her research focuses on learning analytics with emphasize on self-regulated learning, informal learning, collaboration, assessment and feedback. Clara holds a diploma in educational science, with minor in psychology, adult education, and work-psychology.
