Dr. Stefan Dietzel

Dr. Stefan Dietzel ist seit April 2015 am Lehrstuhl für Technische Informatik tätig. Seine Forschungsinteressen liegen im Bereich drahtloser Netze, die neuartige Anforderungen an Skalierbarkeit, Robustheit und Sicherheit von Protokollen stellen. Die Anwendungsschwerpunkte in diesem Bereich liegen bei Funknetzen für Industrie-4.0-Umgebungen sowie Fahrzeug-Fahrzeug-Netzen.

Stefan Dietzel erhielt seinen Doktortitel von der Universität Twente, Niederlande. Während seiner Promotion arbeitete er am Institut für Medieninformatik der Universität Ulm, dem Lehrstuhl für Distributed and Embedded Security der Universität Twente, sowie dem Institut für Verteilte Systeme der Universität Ulm. Vor seiner Promotion studierte Stefan Dietzel Medieninformatik an der Universität Ulm.
