LASAD

LASAD Logo

LASAD is a web-based argumentation system that allows users to argue in a structured fashion using graphical representations. Arguments can be constructed individually or collaboratively, the software provides group support features such as chats or awareness cues. Unlike many other systems, the LASAD software supports argumentation in multiple domains that have their typical argumentation structures. To enable this, argumentation languages (such as Toulmin diagrams or data-hypothesis structures) can be configured in the software using an authoring environment. LASAD also supports automated analyses of arguments via a customizable rule engine.
