Unser Paper "Integrating Protein-Protein Interactions and Text Mining for Protein Function Prediction" (Jaeger et al.) wurde als eines von zwei besten Paper der DILS 2008 für die Veröffentlichung in BMC Bioinformatics ausgewählt.
Die Diplomarbeit von Jan Hegewald, die am Lehrstuhl in Kooperation mit Jana Bauckmann und Prof. Naumann, HPI, betreut wurde, hat den IQ Best Master Degree Award der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Informations- und Datenqualität e.V. (DGIQ) gewonnen.
